Common Questions

Apple harvest in Rohru typically begins in August and runs through November, depending on the variety. Royal and Golden Apples peak in August–October. Pears are available from July. Pre-booking opens March onwards each year.
We require 25–30% advance payment to confirm and hold your pre-booking slot. The balance is due 7 days before your scheduled dispatch date. Advance payment details will be shared after we confirm slot availability.
Minor quantity adjustments (±10%) can be accommodated up to 30 days before season start. Significant changes require a new pre-booking request and approval based on remaining capacity.
Yes. Our organic orchards have strictly limited output. We do not offer organic apples as spot/walk-in orders. All organic supply is allocated exclusively to pre-booked partners in order of registration.
In the unlikely event of a major crop failure affecting your order, we will offer a full refund of advance payment or allow roll-over to the following season. We communicate proactively if any supply risk arises.
